AFE Member Survey:

First of all thank you, to everyone who took the time to complete and return the survey. We had a 34% response rate to the survey. While this is good, we would like to see a higher response percentage in the future. Remember this is your way to let us know what you want from the AFE.

From the survey we found out that, on the average, a member attends about four meetings per year. The web site was the preferred media for receiving information regarding AFE. Normally everyone checked the web site once a month to find out information on the AFE or RSVP for the next meeting.

The last Tuesday of the month was preferred by 84% of the responses for the date of the monthly meeting and the present starting time was unanimously agreed upon.

Questions 7 and 8 dealt with the topic of the monthly meeting. Plant tours, emergency preparedness, HVAC controls and power quality ranked among the highest topics. If there is a topic you would like to have at a meeting or you have contacts at a plant or facility that you feel would make an interesting tour let us know.

Question 4 asked you to grade the Executive committee, out of a possible score of 5 the committee received a grade of 4.25. Thanks for the vote of support.
