Below are the minutes from this meeting taken by AFE St. Louis Chapter Secretary, Mike Jaby. Please click on pictures to see full size. This months meeting was held at Guarantee Electrical Contracting Company.

iaei power point presentation 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM Dinner and drink

5:30 PM - President Frank made opening statements, discussed the success of the Golf tournament. Also promoted the Christmas party. Next meeting will be at Trigen Plant in St. Louis. Danforth Science Center will host the meeting in January.

5:35 PM - VP Terry requested members to complete and return the surveys that AFE had sent out regarding what members would like at the meetings. Terry also discussed an upcoming joint meeting with other area organizations such as the Healthcare Engineers Association. A total of four groups would be represented at this meeting.

5:40 PM - Member introduction.

5:45PM - Frank introduced (Jerry Feagans) from the St Louis Electrical Inspection office. Jerry discussed changes and explained code definitions in the new NEC code. (right click to download power point presentation, 9.5meg)

6:25 PM - Short break.

6:30 PM - Remaining members viewed video of flash hazards.
