New Certification Programs
AFE’s Professional Development Committee has begun developing a
Supervisory Certification Program to compliment our world-class CPE and
CPMM programs. Your input will be invaluable in identifying core
competencies of a Facility Supervisor. In addition, the Committee will
be discussing the need for other certification programs within the
facility engineering, maintenance and operations fields.
Wednesday, September 3, 12 (noon) EST Topic: Quality Maintenance
John M. Gross, PE, CPE, author of "Fundamentals of Preventive
Maintenance" and upcoming speaker at AFE’s Facilities America
will host a session on applying leading principals of quality control to
maintenance. An expert (black belt) in Six Sigma, Gross promises to
provide information that will enhance your Department and improve your
bottom line. His book will soon be available at AFE’s bookstore online
and at Facilities America (where he’ll sign it for you).
